Giliani werd geboren op 18 januari 2001 in Amsterdam en heeft een Surinaamse en Chinese achtergrond. Al op jonge leeftijd begon hij zich te interesseren voor modellenwerk. Hij volgde zijn opleiding aan de Lucia Marthas Academie, waar hij zich verder ontwikkelde.
Na het afronden van de middelbare school koos Giliani ervoor om marketing en communicatie te studeren. Tijdens zijn studie ontdekte hij dat zijn ware passie bij het modellenwerk lag. Met de hulp van zijn tante, die fotograaf is, zette hij zijn eerste stappen in de modellenwereld. Al snel ontwikkelde hij zijn vaardigheden en begon hij zelfstandig aan zijn carrière.
In de afgelopen jaren heeft Giliani met diverse merken en projecten gewerkt, waaronder Nike, Jordan, Filling Pieces, Sieraden en het Adem Project. Inmiddels is hij al ongeveer twee jaar actief als model en geniet hij van het netwerken en het opdoen van nieuwe ervaringen.
